How can I purchase a gift voucher?Our gift vouchers are available exclusively through our online voucher shop.
Simply order and pay for your voucher online from the comfort of your home. It is available immediately as a PDF, ready to print or send digitally as a gift.
Unfortunately, vouchers cannot be purchased directly at the hotel.

What time ist check-in?Rooms are usually available from 3:00 pm.

What time ist check-out?We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am on the day of departure.

When is the reception desk open?Our reception team is available during the following hours:
7:00 am – 10:00 pm | Mon-Fri
7:30 am – 10:00 pm | Sat/Sun/Holidays

I'm planning to arrive late. Until what time can I check in?Our reception team will be pleased to welcome you until 10:00 pm.
Later arrivals are possible by prior arrangement. -
Do you offer smoking rooms?All of our rooms are non-smoking.
If you smoke on your balcony, we kindly ask you to keep the balcony door and room windows closed.
Smoking inside the room will result in an additional cleaning fee of 250 eur. -
Can I bring my pet?Pets are welcome in selected Comfort Rooms at a charge of 15 eur per pet, per night.
As only a limited number of pet-friendly rooms are available, we kindly ask you to request one when making your reservation.
Without written confirmation, check-in with a pet is not possible in our standard non-pet rooms.
If a pet is brought without prior notification or a room category that does not allow pets has been booked, an additional cleaning fee of 250 eur will apply. -
Which payment methods do you accept?We accept cash, debit cards (EC), Mastercard and Visa.
Please note that for events we can only accept cash and debit card payments.

Do you have a closing day?No. Our restaurant is open every day of the week.
The only exception is 24 December, when we close at 2:00 pm so our team can celebrate Christmas with their families. -

Can non-residents enjoy your breakfast buffet?Absolutely. Everyone is welcome to enjoy our breakfast buffet.
The price for non-resident guests is 22.50 eur per person.
For groups of four or more, we kindly ask you to book in advance.

I love the wall panelling in your Winter Garden.
Where can I buy it?The wall panelling is supplied by www.material-id.de.
The finish used at our hotel is Oak Patina White. -
I really like the natural stone walls in your Schlemmerstube and Vinothek.
Where can I purchase the stone?The stone wall cladding is available from www.geopietra.de.
The stone used is Scaglia Marrone Reale. -
I had a wonderful night's sleep in your hotel bed.
Can I purchase the mattress?Unfortunately, the manufacturer supplies commercial customers only and cannot deliver directly to private addresses.
However, if you are able to arrange collection from the hotel, we will be happy to order the mattress for you.
